My wife and I own a home in Jersey City, but wanted to move somewhere closer to our jobs to shorten the 120 mile round trip commute. We began casually looking for houses to rent in Central Jersey, which is where we met Michael McDonald. We looked at a lot of homes and no matter where the house was or what day or time we wanted to see it, Michael was with us every step of the way to make sure we got the right house for our growing family. One day, Mike received word of a house that just went on the market and Mike got us in there to view the house the very next day. It turned out the be THE house. He knew it, we knew it and everything clicked. Mike helped us finalize the paperwork, helped us find movers, and was the liaison between us and the new landlord until everything was ready. The process could not have gone smoother.

Now it was time to get our Jersey City home rented and we already knew we wanted Mike to take care of this for us. There was work to be done on the house so Mike got us in touch with a great contractor to get the house ready for renting. The entire process was new to us. We were going to be first time landlords, so we were somewhat nervous to potentially carry payments on two houses, but Mike always reassured us that he would find tenants within our time frame. We spoke and texted, or emailed daily without fail. There was constant communication from him which made us feel at ease. He marketed the house through every outlet and constantly updated it to make sure it was the top option on each website. Within a short period of time, Mike found the perfect tenant for the house. Again, it just clicked. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
